 Operator Interface Terminals

The H-series offers valuable fundamental HMI functionality. The series include keypad and touchscreen interfaces and will be available in five different sizes from 3 to 10.4 inches. Offering three levels of functionality – Standard, Plus and Network – the H-series enables you to select and pay for what level of HMI technology you need.

The Standard version includes most software and hardware requirements for an operator terminal in its size.  The Plus version has the same functionality as the Standard version, as well as extended memory for data/recipe handling and a multi-function port for a printer.  The Network version is a Plus version with an integrated Ethernet networking port

H-K30m

H-K30m has a 3" graphic display with 16 shades of gray and a resolution of 160x80 pixels. The numeric keypad includes 10 function keys. It also has one communication port supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485. The front enclosure is IP65 classified, which means that it is protected against low pressure water jets from any direction. The operator terminal is configured with the intuitive software tool H-Designer.

H-T50b

H-T50b has a 4.7" graphic touchscreen display with 16 shades of blue and a resolution of 240x128 pixels. There are two communication ports supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485.

The front enclosure is IP65 classified, which means that it is protected against low pressure water jets from any direction. The operator terminal is configured with the intuitive software tool H-Designer.

H-T60b

H-T60c

There are two communication ports supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485. The front enclosure is IP65 classified, which means that it is protected against low pressure water jets from any direction. The operator terminal is configured with the intuitive software tool H-Designer.

H-T60c is also available in Plus and Network versions.

H-T80c

The Plus version of H-T80c has a 7.5" graphic touchscreen display with 256 colors and a resolution of 640x480 pixels. The keypad includes one menu key and 6 user-defined function keys. There are three communication ports supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485. Additional there are 2 USB host ports and 1 USB device port. The built in CF card slot also allows expanded logging and recipe memory as well as backup possibilities. The front enclosure is IP65 classified, which means that it is protected against low pressure water jets from any direction. The operator terminal is configured with the intuitive software tool H-Designer.

H-T80c is also available in a Network version.

H-T100t

The Plus version of H-T100t has a 10.4" graphic touchscreen tft display with 256 colors and a resolution of 640x480 pixels. The keypad includes one menu key and 7 user-defined function keys. There are three communication ports supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485. Additional there are 2 USB host ports and 1 USB device port. The built in CF card slot also allows expanded logging and recipe memory as well as backup possibilities. The front enclosure is IP65 classified, which means that it is protected against low pressure water jets from any direction. The operator terminal is configured with the intuitive software tool H-Designer.

H-T100c is also available in a Network version.

Two products
CEZAR consists of two products

  • CEZAR Development, the tool in which the application is created
  • CEZAR Runtime, the user’s tool during operation. It can be delivered either on a CD for installation on your own PC or pre-installed on an IPC-15.

High degree of functionality
The CEZAR HMI system comes with all the basic functions that are needed in an application. The functions are thoroughly tested in many applications worldwide, and have been developed to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Unsurpassed communications
CEZAR is delivered with drivers for most brands of control systems and automation equipment. The drivers are free of charge and easily updated over the Internet. Several third party OPC servers can be used simultaneously, which allows various types and brands of automation equipment to be connected.

Databases
Data from CEZAR can be stored in a number of different types of databases. It is quick and easy to configure the database communications. You can choose to store your data in Microsoft Access or SQL, for example.
