Checker -
Breakthrough in Sensor Simplicity!

Checker is a simple-to-use and
inexpensive sensor that can detect the presence of multiple
parts, features, or patterns simultaneously, eliminating the
wiring and mounting complexity of multiple photoelectric
sensors. Also, Checker can detect parts or features that no
other sensor can.

ID Readers

DataMan™ 7500 Series
handheld ID readers provide DPM identification for part
traceability, and are the only readers in industry that read
everything from the most challenging DPM marks to the easiest
printed barcodes. These rugged, self-contained readers perform
consistently on all types of marks and parts. Codes are produced by
dot peen, laser, electrochemical etch, and inkjet markers... on a
variety of surfaces such as metal, glass, ceramic, and plastic. And,
these readers are designed to withstand the harshest environments.
The versatile
UltraLight illumination system allows DataMan readers to optimally
illuminate dot peen and laser etch marks, highly reflective parts
(such as electrochemical etched marks on shiny round surfaces), 1D
barcode labels, and marks located on recessed surfaces.
 The
DataMan 7500 corded model
supports USB, keyboard wedge, and
RS-232 communications.

The DataMan 7550
cordless model uses
Bluetooth communications to connect to
the DataMan intelligent base station.
- Rugged, all-in-one
design
- IDMAX decoder
assures the highest reading yield on DPM codes
- Ultralight
illumination system creates readable images from all marks
- Autodiscriminates
reading of 1D and 2D codes
- Available in
corded and cordless model
- Rugged,
ergonomical design
