VTSA ISO Valves

Conforms to standard, but offers individual integration: The new valve terminal VTSA with 26 and 18 mm standard valves to ISO 15407-2 succeeds in squaring the circle. Fast Switching Valves

The sprinter for short cycle times: With extremely short, but nevertheless highly precise switching times, MH2/3/4 valves on manifold blocks are ideal for fast air blasting, sorting, handling or packaging – with 100% duty cycle and continuous 3-shift operation. Without over-excitation to 48 V DC!

The high-speed pick & place unit (HSP) is a ready-to-install, link guided module for handling small parts. The heart of the HSP is made up of a rocker arm, which is moved within an angular range of 220° by a DSM semi-rotary drive, and a cross guide, which generates pick & place motion. Cushioned travel into the HSP’s end stop is assured by means of a YSRW shock absorber.

The following sizes and respective stroke ranges are available as standard features:

HSP-16
Stroke range [mm] - Y: 90 to 110 - Z: 35 to 30
