A long list of standard features makes this series a perfect choice for applications across many industries. The SD robots are available in clean class versions. Payloads are 6KG to18KG with 350 mm to 850mm reaches.

Mitsubishi’s RP robot is a truly unique and revolutionary design. The 5-joint closed mechanical link construction provides exceptional rigidity, speed, and precision. This highly compact family of robot is designed for small, precise, handling and assembly. The RP is available in 3 sizes and capable of up to 5KG payloads. Repeatability is an amazing 5 micron at 1700 mm per second for the RP-1AH. Typical applications include semiconductor process and assembly, small parts assembly, precision material processing, and high speed handling.
