dgc series

The user-friendly DGC Series linear motor positioning system comes with a special one-piece base and side cover to make installation easy and to shorten production lead times. The stage’s magnet track design frees the user from replacing broken or worn cables.

dgl series

The DGL series utilize direct drive linear motor positioning system. It consists of dual linear guides, linear motor, encoder feedback and aluminum cover to form a compact footprint, high performance module. This standard positioning stage harnesses Akribis linear motor muscle and features a compact size to offer a good force-to-size ratio.

dgh series

The DGH Series linear motor positioning stage shares a similar design and dimensions to the DGL Series, but with enhancements that push the stage to even higher precision capabilities. The enhancements include advanced fabrication methods and higher precision-grade components which, taken together, allow the stage to achieve higher performance specifications. The stage design also includes advanced safety features to prevent damage to both the stage and any surrounding mechanics in a machine.

sgl series

The SGL Series linear motor positioning stages integrate a linear guide, user-selectable cogging-free AUM ironless motor, feedback encoder and aluminum cover to create a compact, high-performance module. Peak force capabilities range from 176 to 433 Newton, and standard strokes range from 100 to 1,000 millimeters.

xrl series

The XRL Series cross roller linear motor stage, driven by Akribis’ ironless linear motor system, is our highest-performance standard stage. The unit offers low friction, smooth movement, exceptional precision and low settling time. Peak force handling capabilities range from 132 to 433 Newton.

xrv

XRV stages are designed for applications that require micro motion and a fast response. Driven by our rectangular voice coil motor system, these units combine smooth motion, low friction and a short settling time.

xmgv series

Well-suited for middle-payload applications, XMGV voice coil stages satisfy high moving frequency demands and offer smooth motion — even at low speeds. An integrated crossed roller guide ensures stiffness, accuracy and repeatability.

dgv series

The DGV double-guide voice coil linear stage delivers fast response and wide bandwidth capabilities to short-stroke, high-frequency applications.

The ADR-B Series features a similar slot fill factor and torque density as the ADR-A Series but has a bigger center hole when compared to its counterpart.
