As an intelligent HMI device, the series4x combines all the properties and functions of a capacitive SENSORswitch with a signaling device.
Equipped with a Ø 63 mm, 7-segment display, the series4x is the ideal choice for all HMI applications that require an intuitive and clearly visible status display. This saves space and additional costs for further command and signaling devices.

Benefits of Captron Buttons
Water-resistant
The new Sensor Fusion Technology allows friction-free operation, even in wet or moist environments. The CANEO series10 Stainless Steel won’t be activated by splash or cleaning water, but only through intentional contact.
16 Million colors
An innovative lighting concept with four lateral spotlights allows the SENSORswitch not only to appear larger, but also provides 360 degree visibility.
Freely programmable
Via IO-Link, practically all electrical parameters for operating the CANEO series10 can be freely configured. This includes, amongst other things, the scanning sensitivity, the type of actuation, fluorescent color on activation, as well as static or flashing illumination.
Illuminated Symbols
When selecting display symbols, CAPTRON customers also have the choice of countless predefined pictograms, which can also be illuminated. Customized symbol design is also possible.
Adaptive brightness
The CANEO series10 switches automatically adjust their illumination to the ambient light via an integrated light sensor. An ideal function to ensure intense, readily discernible illumination in sunlight and to prevent a glare effect.
Hygienic design
At CAPTRON, compliance with food safety has top priority. The special care taken in this area is reflected in the product-specific declarations of conformity for the most important regulations.
