WAGO's TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks offer three ways to wire: lever, push-button and operating slot. The comprehensive line of through and function terminal blocks for conductor cross-sections from 0.14 to 25 mm2(26–4 AWG) offers a variety of advantages. With push-in termination of solid and stranded conductors, as well as fine-stranded conductors with ferrules, TOPJOB S offers a single rail-mount terminal block system for virtually any application in the world. TOPJOB® S Through Terminal Blocks are available as single-, double- and triple-deck versions, as well as quadruple-deck terminal blocks.

The WAGO X-COM®S-SYSTEM Pluggable Terminal Blocks are available in two different cross-sections (2020 and 2022 Series). It is compatible with TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks and the wide range of accessories from the TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Block family. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® for fast wiring allows you to terminate conductors up to 1.5 mm2 (16 AWG) in a terminal block width of just 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) and up to 4 mm2 (12 AWG) in a width of just 5.2 mm (0.205 inch).

The Classic rail-mount terminal block program with proven CAGE CLAMP® Connection Technology has the right terminal block for any application: fuse, disconnect/test, diode and LED terminal blocks, pluggable terminal blocks – even rail-mount terminal blocks for wiring sensors and actuators.

WAGO's Mini Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks are ideal for space-limited applications and small conductor sizes. With WAGO's proven CAGE CLAMP® technology, these terminal blocks provide vibration-proof and reliable connections. They mount on DIN-15 or DIN-35 rail, requiring minimal enclosure space.

Applications with high output requirements call for professional power supplies capable of reliably handling power peaks. WAGO's EPSITRON® PRO Power Supplies are capable of handling power peaks making them ideally suited for applications with high output requirements. Single- and three-phase power supplies with output voltages of 12/24/48 VDC and nominal output currents from 5 to 40 A for nearly every application. PowerBoost function: Provides 200% of output power for four seconds.

EPSITRON® CLASSIC Power is the robust power supply with optional TopBoost integration. A wide input range and extensive list of international approvals open up WAGO’s CLASSIC Power Supplies to a wide variety of applications. With CAGE CLAMP Connection technology the EPSITRON CLASSIC Power features TopBoost: cost-effective, secondary-side fusing via standard circuit breakers (≥ 120 W).

Many applications only require 24 VDC. Here, WAGO's EPSITRON® ECO Power Supplies are the economical solution. With a rugged metal housing and compact design, they support basic applications with Output current: 1.25 ... 40 A and wide input voltage range for use internationally: 90 ... 264 VAC.

WAGO's compact, high-performance EPSITRON® COMPACT Power Supplies in DIN-rail-mount housings are available with output voltages of 5, 12, 18 and 24 VDC, as well as nominal output currents up to 6.5 A. With a wide input voltage range for use internationally: 85 ... 264 VAC, it offers improved cooling due to a removable front plate: ideal for alternative mounting positions.

WAGO’s EPSITRON® Electronic Circuit Breakers (ECBs) are the space-saving and precision solutions for fusing DC voltage circuits. 1-, 2-, 4- and 8-channel ECBs with fixed or adjustable currents ranging from 0.5 to 12 A, They include communication capability for remote monitoring and reset.

Consisting of a 24 V UPS charger and controller with one or more connected batteries, WAGO's EPSITRON® Uninterruptible Power Supply reliably powers an application for several hours. Trouble-free machine or system operation is guaranteed – even in the event of brief power supply failures.

Instead of using an additional power supply, WAGO's EPSITRON® DC/DC Converters are ideal for specialty voltages, allowing sensors and actuators to be reliably supplied. These DC/DC converters can be used instead of an additional power supply for applications with specialty voltages. Common profile with 857 and 2857 Series Signal Conditioners and Relays: Enables full commoning of the supply voltage.

WAGO's EPSITRON® redundancy modules are ideal for reliably increasing power supply availability. These modules decouple two parallel-connected power supplies and are ideal for applications where an electrical load must be reliably supplied – even in the event of a power supply failure. These modules offer solutions for 12, 24 and 48 VDC supply, up to 76 A supply: suitable for nearly every application.

In addition to reliably ensuring trouble-free machine and system operation – even through brief power failures – WAGO's EPSITRON® Capacitive Buffer Modules offer power reserves that may be required when starting heavy motors or triggering a fuse.

WAGO's array of relay sockets, pluggable relays and optocoupler modules offer a solution for any requirement. Use them in any sector of industry and control cabinet applications. With a large range of coupling and timer relays features switchable loads from 1 mA to 16 A. These relays can easily connect conductors from 0.34 to 2.5 mm2 (22–12 AWG) without preparation.

WAGO's space-saving Electronic Circuit Breakers come into play when the focus is on both safety and a superior price-performance ratio. They offer reliable protection against overload and short circuit. They also enable activation of high-capacity loads of 50,000 microfarad and higher – without having to increase the nominal current setting. One, two-, four- and eight-channel models with 0.5 to 12 A current ratings offer you the flexibility you need for setting the nominal current to suit your individual applications.

WAGO's interface modules offer you safe and maintenance-free connections for flexible signal wiring applications. The Industrial ECO series of switches are economical and compact for small to medium-sized data networks. With DIN rail adapter and metal housing, they feature autonegotiation and autocrossing for easy network creation and extension.

WAGO’s industrial switches feature a redundant power supply and switchable ring redundancy providing uninterruptible data communication. The Fastest Connection Technology

The PUSH WIRE® connection system uses the conductor rigidity to offset the clamping force for insertion. PUSH WIRE® is primarily used in junction box connectors.

  • Connect both solid and stranded conductors.
  • The conductor rigidity is used to offset the clamping force by simply pushing the conductor into the unit.
  • Every conductor is clamped in a separate clamping unit.
  • The funnel-shaped conductor entry prevents connecting multiple conductors in one clamping unit.
