Description

This in-person custom training class has been developed with the goal to provide participants with information on how to use both the hardware and software of Cognex In-Sight Vision Suite Platform, specifically the IS2800 and IS3800 Systems.

The IS2800 and IS3800 cameras utilize Edge Learning (EL) a type of AI to solve applications that traditional rule based machine vision can’t. Developing the AI Model is straightforward and can be done with as few as 5 to 10 example images. The Cognex ViDi EL tools provided in In-Sight Vision Suite allow for rapid deployment of this advanced technology. With next generation technology, the In-Sight 2800 and 3800 series cameras can keep up with high speed inspection while providing previously unavailable AI tools in simple to setup smart cameras.

This class teaches the basic topics of how to configure a vision application using the new In-Sight Vision Suite platform.

Anyone who is responsible for production, quality, automation, maintenance, and system integration or engineering in a manufacturing environment. Those just interested in learning about machine vision will also gain valuable knowledge.

In-Person Class Details

In-person classes utilize hardware provided by Gibson Engineering at our training facilities. Class includes a light breakfast and lunch. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops with the In-Sight Vision Suite software preinstalled. This software is a free download from Cognex’s website.

Online Class Details
